Second Nature Solutions Center

Second Nature’s Solutions Center identifies carbon and energy reducing activities to support campus climate action goals, showcasing high-level “Solutions” for a few dozen topics. Each topic provides a brief description of the solution, and an Impact Matrix designed to help users understand the benefits and challenges. You can sort this Matrix by factors such as GHG Impact, Feasibility and more.

Each solution also features one or more experts. We want to invite you to help us build a peer-to-peer sharing component in the Center. Users of the Center can “Contact an Expert.” Second Nature vets these inquiries and passes them along to the Experts for responses. Experts can also review topic content for accuracy and up to date information. Experts also have the opportunity to have their campus project highlighted in a campus snapshot (note the campus snapshot is also available for any signatory). This is an opportunity for you to share your unique knowledge and experience with peers, helping others to curb emissions quicker. Here is the list of topics Seeking Experts.
