Hours:
Seasonal employees may be scheduled up to 40 hours per week for a maximum duration of 6 consecutive months. Seasonal employment may be March – August or June – November, but focuses on our summer season of June 12 – August 30.
ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION INSTRUCTOR
Pay Rate Range:
$12.49 – $15.14
This position is responsible for planning, preparing, instructing and leading a nature-based day camps and environmental education programs.
ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION DIRECTOR
Pay Rate Range:
$15.93 – $20.98
This position is responsible for the development and implementation of a nature-based day camps and environmental education programs. Incumbents in this job classification work independently, within established guidelines, to develop, coordinate, supervise and instruct the day-to-day activities of programs and provide lead direction to assigned part-time staff and volunteers.
Appointments are typically made at the beginning of the pay scale.
