Sunday Saunter – Tryon Creek Reflective Hike

For many, our working lives and our inner lives occupy distinctly different areas of our personality. To saunter is to elevate the experience of a hike by providing an opportunity for the inner voice to be heard.

Sunday Saunter is a group retreat model facilitated by In Terra Facilitation and Retreats. This mini-retreat provides a trusting environment for groups from 5 to 15 individuals to experience nature while contemplating the internal motivations guiding our lives.

Topics of conversation will be shared upon arrival and will facilitate the reflective journey before, during and after the hike.
