An environmental funding initiative by & for communities of color, PCEF is grounded in justice and equity to address climate change and build citywide resilience and opportunity. Creates green jobs, funds renewable energy and energy efficiency investments in homes and supports local businesses.

Upcoming workshops & meetings allow input to PCEF staff on ways to assist non-profits in preparing for PCEF grant applications.
