Internship: Webmaster Assistant (GPSEN)

GPSEN’s Outreach and Communications sub-committee is seeking assistance in efforts to enhance its online presence. This is an 8 hour/week internship for the purpose of assisting in the maintenance and updating of our WordPress website that incorporates a range of resources including a blog, a document library, and a calendar.

The website serves as a hub and an archive for GPSEN activity with the aim of strengthening the network as a whole and inviting greater community participation in sustainability education. In addition, we’re aiming to implement templates and plugins for a community resources database.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

• a strong interest in sustainability and sustainability education.
• skills in HTML and experience working with WordPress.
