In April 2017 the Drawdown Project < drawdown.org > published their report Drawdown: The Most Comprehensive Plan Ever Proposed to Reverse Global Warming outlining 100 top strategies for mitigating hazardous climate change.
On Friday 19 October, 2018 the project will be kicking off their educational effort, Drawdown Learn, with a workshop in Rhinebeck, New York < https://www.eomega.org/workshops/drawdown-learn>. This event has attracted climate and sustainability educators from across the globe to begin developing tools, training, and curriculum based on Drawdown and its data. To extend the reach of this event, the workshop organizers will be webcasting the plenary session.
Come learn more about this effort by joining us in PSU Institute for Sustainability’s Data Visualization for a group viewing and discussion of this webcast.
Note – Due to room constraints, attendance is limited to 35 people.
