Wicked Problems aren’t here just for Halloween. They are the kinds of problems we see everywhere today and they are causing conflict and feelings of chaos. Wicked problems are part of a complex system and can’t be “solved”, only continually navigated – a mindset shift for most of us.
One “solution” creates new problems because of the interconnectedness of the complex system. Consider global warming or healthcare. Facing these problems requires tough choices, mutual understanding, genuine interactions across multiple perspectives, and innovative approaches that also address the tensions between the different value systems.
Join us for this discussion on wicked problems and learn how you can facilitate positive solutions within your organization and community and become an Agent for Change.
Snacks and beverages will be provided, including beer and wine.
