Climate Emergency Rally

Save the date! Extinction Rebellion PDX, Sunrise Movement PDX and several other groups are hosting a rally and action for next Friday’s solstice.

We are facing an unprecedented global emergency. Our government has failed to protect us. If you’ve been thinking it’s time to act, join us in nonviolent protest.

We demand:
– governments tell the truth about the ecological criss
– zero emissions & drawdown by 2025
– participatory democracy
– a just transition
