Beautiful Creatures of Oregon’s Marine Reserves

Surfrider is partnering with Elizabeth Jones Art Center to do a virtual Marine Reserves series. For each event, participants will learn about marine reserves in general, specific information about the focus reserve, and research happening in that reserve. Afterwards, there will be an art class to create one (or more) marine organisms that live in the reserve. All of the art will be sent to Elisabeth Jones Art Center and combined into a giant 25’ mobile! More info is below, and happy to connect you with Bri (bgoodwin@surfrider.org) to answer any questions. • August 19, 5:30-7:30 pm – Otter Rock

• August 26, 5:30-7:30 pm – Cape Perpetua
