As Vice President of Social Consciousness and a member of the Leadership Forum for women’s clothing designer EILEEN FISHER, Amy supports the company’s efforts to practice “business as a movement.” Amy collaborates internally and externally to guide the company toward an ever-increasing human, environmental, and economic sustainability, including co-leading the company’s Vision2020 work. Amy played an instrumental role in shepherding the company toward its highly-anticipated B Corporation Certification.
Laura has spent over 30 years as a global apparel, accessory, and home retail business leader. Having lived and worked in Europe, Asia, and America, she has led merchandising, inventory planning, new product development, and re-branding initiatives for some of the world’s leading retail consumer goods brands, including Burberry and Polo Ralph Lauren. She currently serves as Partner and Co-Founder of WHYZ Partners, a bespoke advisory company.
Anthea is the Chief Marketing Officer at B Lab. As a marketing and brand strategist who pivoted her expertise to the world of B Corps and business for good, she maintains an obsession with connecting business problems to the consumer experience. Today she is driven to help redefine success in business by balancing profit with purpose. She comes to B Lab by way of global digital agency R/GA where she was Executive Strategy Director leading a cross-functional team of strategy, analytics, and media experts to help transform brands. In her 15 years in the business, she’s led strategic engagements for global brands across sectors, including PepsiCo, Nestle, Unilever, P&G, and Mondelez. When she’s not at work, Anthea is usually out for a run or (more often than not) running after her two kids at home just outside of New York City.
