Senior Program Associate

CDE is seeking a Senior Program Associate with extensive experience in facilitating and training equity, diversity and inclusion programs aimed at creating a more diverse, equitable, inclusive, relevant and successful environmental movement.

The Sr. Program Associate will join a dynamic organization and team that focuses on designing and delivering a variety of equity, diversity and inclusion activities. CDE clients include environmental organizations, agencies, and teams as well as leaders in the environmental and conservation movement.
